New Playground at Children’s Shelter

Ivano-Frankivsk Children’s shelter has been reorganized. In addition to the renovations, the shelter changed its name. Now it is called the Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation. We notified you before that the installation of the playground that was a part of the project “What if grey is not color, but a state of mind” was delayed. But now we are happy to say that the children will have a place to play because the playground is finally installed.

Vitaly’s disease came back- recurrence of the illness

Vitaly Krasheninnikova after 3 chemotherapy and radiation courses was allowed to go home. Boy has finished his basic treatment. It was very pleased for everybody. He could have a rest from the painful tests, punctures, anesthesia and chemotherapy. He felt comfortable at home, was on the mend and played with his sister and all family was going to celebrate his second year of life. But, before the birthday eve, Vitaly started having trouble breathing, eating, sleeping, and his analysis worsened. Child was hospitalized again. After medical examination and x-rays testing doctors were amazed because his lungs were full of water.

Our foundation was just like that: we had a lot of expenses, but your help was like the sun during the Indian summer, and we managed to accomplish a lot. Thank you for being with us. Evelina has almost turned her five yet. The life story of this cute girl started in April 2016. Evelina is an early bird who came in life too early from her mother's tummy. The six-month-old baby of 870 mm weight and 35 cm height frightened the doctors of the maternity hospital. No one knew what would happen to the baby; whether would she cope with this and whether would she be able to live a full life in the future.
