Saturday, August 16, was a wonderful day for the students from the Center of Social and Psychological Rehabilitation. Twenty children had to get up at 6AM, but it did not ruin their great mood. Everybody was happy and full of energy because a trip to Lviv was planned for that day. The children who live in the center are street kids, social orphans, and children that are in difficult circumstances. Most of them have never been outside Ivano-Frankivsk region and that is why the expectations to see something interesting were high.

We spent $27,162UAH on the children’s playground in Dolyna Children’s Hospital, and we are going to open it at the end of August. We were able to do it as a part of the project “Hospital is not the reason to give up childhood”. Many thanks to the company “KInderboom” that collaborates with us and transfers 1% of its sales revenue to fund our projects.

While undergoing antiviral therapy in hospital, Pavlo Gumeniak felt bad. He had strong headache, felt dizzy, and had double vision. Evelina has almost turned her five yet. The life story of this cute girl started in April 2016. Evelina is an early bird who came in life too early from her mother's tummy. The six-month-old baby of 870 mm weight and 35 cm height frightened the doctors of the maternity hospital. No one knew what would happen to the baby; whether would she cope with this and whether would she be able to live a full life in the future.
