For three months Bogdan Tomechiuk is undergoing treatment at the department of hematology. He finished the first chemotherapy block. Strong medications impacted his heart, caused high blood pressure, severe headache and stomachache. Bogdan’s eyes got swollen and his vision deteriorated. The boy could not get up from bed because he was so weak. At some point, the chemotherapy had to be interrupted to let Bogdan get stronger. Interesting is the fact that for their production we use the felt, yarn, colored beads, which were transferred to Foundation by our friend from Chicago (USA) - Yaroslav Dubenka.

For more than a month Pavlo is in the hospital for Hepatitis C treatment, and his condition got worse. He constantly feels nausea and his whole body is in pain. For short periods of time he feels better, but he does not have appetite and he is weak. Bile and blood can be seen in his vomit. His foot is bleeding and secreting bile and it is extremely painful. His blood pressure and heart rate are not stable. Pavlo feels bad. He cannot walk and does not get up from bed.

Evelina has almost turned her five yet. The life story of this cute girl started in April 2016. Evelina is an early bird who came in life too early from her mother's tummy. The six-month-old baby of 870 mm weight and 35 cm height frightened the doctors of the maternity hospital. No one knew what would happen to the baby; whether would she cope with this and whether would she be able to live a full life in the future.
