Preparing for Christmas and new year holidays is in full swing in the Oncology Department. The children make gifts for family, friends, and even foreign guests. These days they made hand-made Christmas cards. They painted them with watercolors and decorated with various items, ribbon bows, quilling and beads or pearls.

Chirlden from OncoHematologu Department of Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Children Clinical Hospital had an opportunity to meet St. Nicholas and sing songs with him in the evening of the 19th of December. There were a lot of gifts- children got sweets and books from St. Nicholas. Our volunteers in the hospital a managed to make a warm and homely atmosphere and cause a genuine laughter of children.

Traditionally, we provide art-therapy master-classes in the Oncology Department of Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Children Hospital. The last session was the winter fairy. Our wards decorated gingerbread. Maria Kuzyrenko baked delicious and aromatic sweets. She made a free master class in cakes decoration.

By these money, our foundation volunteers purchased medicaments for children with cancer in the amount of UAH 7 748,17, paid UAH 5781.85 for orphan Mykhaylo Budzovych treatment, purchased a special feed “Anamix-Infant” for Matviy Borkovsky- it’ll help in genetic disease treatment.
Policemen visited children from orphanage

There were unusual guests in Dolyna orphanage "Warm Home". They were patrol police officers from Ivano-Frankivsk. The visit took place in the frame of an educational project "School of a Small Angel" by CF "You are an Angel". We wanted to break down stereotypes and to convince our wards kids that the police is not the same as it was before, no need to be afraid of policemen, and Vice versa, - they are the people who can defend.

Evelina has almost turned her five yet. The life story of this cute girl started in April 2016. Evelina is an early bird who came in life too early from her mother's tummy. The six-month-old baby of 870 mm weight and 35 cm height frightened the doctors of the maternity hospital.
