Date of Birth: March 6, 2009. Diagnosis: Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

Denis is five years old. Until recently he attended kindergarten, played soccer, had many friends, and his parents did not suspect that he has cancer.

In August, Denis had high fever and his lymph nodes were enlarged, and it all looked like a common cold. Yet after several visits to hospitals he was diagnosed with leukemia, and the diagnosis was confirmed in Ohmadyt, Kiev.

Denis began his treatment in Kiev, and now he is in Ivano-Frankivsk Children’s Hospital. The chemo is hard on the boy. After the third block he was extremely weak and needed blood transfusion.

The family has already spent a lot of money, and the treatment ahead is lengthy and complicated. Please help the family to save the child. Denis really wants to have normal childhood.

Christmas Eve and Epiphany were celebrated for the first time in the “House of an Angel”

For the first time in the history of the Children’s Town, the celebration of the Generous Evening and Epiphany took place. Creative Thursday in Children’s OncoHematology Department

Every time when volunteers of the CF “You are an Angel” visit children in the oncology department, they try to be as original, creative, and interesting as possible for small patients. Art therapist Maria Pazyniuk of the foundation always helps them in this. To make creative classes versatile and unique, to interest the children's audience, the art therapist invited her female students to a traditional Thursday creative class.

Charity Foundation “You are an Angel” and Philip Morris International Company: cooperation continues

The “You are an Angel” charitable foundation and the Philip Morris International company have signed a contract for the second time for the foundation to receive a grant for the development of the “House of an Angel” children's town located in Goshiv in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. We would like to remind you that in March 2022, the CF “You are an Angel” received the first tranche of funds in the amount of USD 76,000, which were allocated by the Philip Morris company as part of the charitable corporate project “Projects with a heart”.
