Date of Birth: 06.10.2006. Diagnosed with the non-Hodgkin lymphomas

Serhii has three brothers and sisters in the family. He is the eldest son. He is very cheerful boy. He almost did not have illnesses till seven. However, from July he began to complain about edema of upper jaw and upper teeth felt loose. Serhii with mom visited a stomatologist and there the doctor frightened the mom.

Having seen the roentgen, the stomatologist decided to send the boy to ENT. The ENT doctor sent to maxillofacial surgeon. After this, roentgen of skull, computer-aided tomography of the head, pelvic ultrasound and many many other analyses, that showed – the tumour of left maxillary sinus.

The boy remained in Kyiv Cancer Institute for treatment. From August till September the child was in the Pediatric Oncology Department in Kyiv.

Now the boy is in Ivano-Frankivsk Children`s Hospital. His mother still doesn`t believe, that it has happened with her son. In spite of pain and suffering, mother asks for help – do not be indifferent, give hope to Serhii for healthy future.

Christmas Eve and Epiphany were celebrated for the first time in the “House of an Angel”

For the first time in the history of the Children’s Town, the celebration of the Generous Evening and Epiphany took place. These events were accompanied by the best family traditions of the Ukrainian people. This time, the guests of the “House of an Angel” were pupils of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation of Children.

The “Charity Compass of Ukraine” nominee certificate is a document addressed to charitable organizations that are interested in confirming compliance with their transparent and honest activities, tax-reporting requirements, and compliance with international standards in the implementation of charitable activities.

Creative Thursday in Children’s OncoHematology Department

Every time when volunteers of the CF “You are an Angel” visit children in the oncology department, they try to be as original, creative, and interesting as possible for small patients. Art therapist Maria Pazyniuk of the foundation always helps them in this. To make creative classes versatile and unique, to interest the children's audience, the art therapist invited her female students to a traditional Thursday creative class.

Charity Foundation “You are an Angel” and Philip Morris International Company: cooperation continues

The “You are an Angel” charitable foundation and the Philip Morris International company have signed a contract for the second time for the foundation to receive a grant for the development of the “House of an Angel” children's town located in Goshiv in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. We would like to remind you that in March 2022, the CF “You are an Angel” received the first tranche of funds in the amount of USD 76,000, which were allocated by the Philip Morris company as part of the charitable corporate project “Projects with a heart”.
