April 26, 1997. Diagnosis: Hodgkin’s Lymphoma

It happened at the end of 2010. Vytaliy noticed that his lymph nodes are enlarged, and he was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. And the long and hard treatment began. After the second chemo, Vytaliy stopped talking and walking, and he was suffering from severe pain. Later he fell in coma, and the doctors were sure that it would be impossible to recover. Yet, Vitaliy got out of comma and little by little the disease receded. And it seemed that the worst is over, but now he has to deal with a new misfortune.

During a routine check up Vitaliy was diagnosed with Hepatitis B. The treatment is very expensive, and the family does not have enough money.

When Vitaliy was two, his father left the family and did not support it. Even when Vitalliy was fighting for his life, his father was not helping him.

It is just Vitaliy and his mom. The family is turning to you with a plea to help. We all dream to see Vitaliy healthy.

Christmas Eve and Epiphany were celebrated for the first time in the “House of an Angel”

For the first time in the history of the Children’s Town, the celebration of the Generous Evening and Epiphany took place. These events were accompanied by the best family traditions of the Ukrainian people. This time, the guests of the “House of an Angel” were pupils of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation of Children.

The "Ty-Angel" charity foundation received five stars in the “Charity Compass of Ukraine” and was awarded the corresponding certificate. The “Charity Compass of Ukraine” nominee certificate is a document addressed to charitable organizations that are interested in confirming compliance with their transparent and honest activities, tax-reporting requirements, and compliance with international standards in the implementation of charitable activities.

Creative Thursday in Children’s OncoHematology Department

Every time when volunteers of the CF “You are an Angel” visit children in the oncology department, they try to be as original, creative, and interesting as possible for small patients. Art therapist Maria Pazyniuk of the foundation always helps them in this. To make creative classes versatile and unique, to interest the children's audience, the art therapist invited her female students to a traditional Thursday creative class.

Charity Foundation “You are an Angel” and Philip Morris International Company: cooperation continues

The “You are an Angel” charitable foundation and the Philip Morris International company have signed a contract for the second time for the foundation to receive a grant for the development of the “House of an Angel” children's town located in Goshiv in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. We would like to remind you that in March 2022, the CF “You are an Angel” received the first tranche of funds in the amount of USD 76,000, which were allocated by the Philip Morris company as part of the charitable corporate project “Projects with a heart”.
