July 06, 2008. Diagnosis - rabdomiosarkoma

 

 

Volodimir is four years old. On September 10, 2012 the boy had a complex surgery. A huge 3kg tumor was removed and after that  the boy was diagnosed with rabdomiosarkoma.
 
Up to this time, Volodimir was extremely active and optimistic child. Because of Volodimir’s manners and maturity, everybody called him “our professor” in the daycare.
 
On the weekends Volodimir loved to travel with his father  to different places in Ukraine and he loved sports. At his early age, Volodimir can skillfully do pullups and could run two big circles around the school stadium. He knows how to play soccer and tennis. His dad had always made sure that Volodimir is an athlete, and his mom taught him drawing, sculpture, reading and music.

 
 
 
 
 

For a long time Volodimir dreams to travel to the sea. The boy wants to see dolphins and make a picture of them. That is his biggest dream.
 
Volodimir’s parents are divorced, but now the disease united two families in their efforts to save the boy’s life. “He is a joy for both families, and we ask God and people to help us! We hope that people will hear our plea for help, - says Julia, Volodimir’s step mother.
