Winter vacations for orphans (a permanent project)

Winter is the season charming in its own way and preparing many positive emotions for each of us. We meet the whole family near a warm fireplace in winter and celebrate the touching Christmas holiday. We look forward to the gifts from St. Nicholas, Santa Claus in winter. Children have exciting school holidays in the cold months of a year; it is the time of sledding, skiing, snowboarding, playing snowballs and snowboarding with their parents. Winter is a joy, a fairy tale, new dreams, and desires, isn’t it?
And what about children who are deprived of parental love, care and support? What will they do at that time? Where boys and girls without a big loving family have to go? What to do children from families, associated with alcohol, drugs, beatings, and insults?
Knowing and understanding the uneasy destinies of our ward-children, we cannot afford to let them feel abandoned and lonely at the time of winter holidays and school holidays. That is why we launch our project aimed at organizing a three-day weekend in the Carpathians. We strive to show these children the other side of life, to give them emotions they did not feel like, to gather them together in a warm home near a burning fireplace to sing the Christmas carols and share the joy of Christ's birth. We firmly believe that this approach will help our children to become better, stronger, and in the future create solid families to grow up happy children. We hope that thanks to your support, this winter will be the best and warmest for abandoned children.

Every time when volunteers of the CF “You are an Angel” visit children in the oncology department, they try to be as original, creative, and interesting as possible for small patients. Art therapist Maria Pazyniuk of the foundation always helps them in this. The “You are an Angel” charitable foundation and the Philip Morris International company have signed a contract for the second time for the foundation to receive a grant for the development of the “House of an Angel” children's town located in Goshiv in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. We would like to remind you that in March 2022, the CF “You are an Angel” received the first tranche of funds in the amount of USD 76,000, which were allocated by the Philip Morris company as part of the charitable corporate project “Projects with a heart”.Help online
