Monthly, almost 60 children of all ages are treated at Dolyna Children’s Hospital. While medical professionals are being treated their young patients, Charity foundation “Ty-Anhel (You is an Angel)” decided not to be away and do something with his hand. The idea came at once - to purchase sets of bright, colorful and pleasing to the touch bedclothes!
Sometimes at children’s hospitals you can see the big funny pictures on the walls, which distract a child from thinking about painful treatments. But, majority of chambers still look gloomy, especially for young patients, which has been being treated for a long time. Everybody knows government funding of hospitals makes it impossible to cover even the most basic expenses. As a result- there are a combination of gray dismal chambers, poor health of the child and parents’ worrying. That’s really do not assist to speedy recovery.
Charity foundation "Ty-Anhel (You is an Angel)" believe: it’s possible to add a little bit of bright colors in children’s being at hospital. We plan to purchase colored linens or children would not feel oppressive hospital atmosphere. Whereas 20 years ago it was difficult to selects something bright among these products, but now the variety of shades, pictures and value for money, give everyone the opportunity to make own choice.

We believe that happy, warm and sunny colors bring a ray of positivity in all chambers. The mood of the young patients will get betterfrom day to day, and good mood - a guarantee of successful treatment!

Every time when volunteers of the CF “You are an Angel” visit children in the oncology department, they try to be as original, creative, and interesting as possible for small patients. Art therapist Maria Pazyniuk of the foundation always helps them in this. The “You are an Angel” charitable foundation and the Philip Morris International company have signed a contract for the second time for the foundation to receive a grant for the development of the “House of an Angel” children's town located in Goshiv in the Ivano-Frankivsk region.
