"Pure Water to Children’s Hospitals"

Have you ever drunk water from a mountain spring? It is impossible to tear away from it or to slake one's thirst because it seems to be so delicious in comparison with the water that runs from the taps. It’s a pity that children from the oncological department of Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital and Dolynskiy City Hospital drink tap water. You ANGEL Charity Foundation decided to help the spring water ‘open a channel’ to these kids! We are planning to place the dispensers in these children’s hospitals and supply them with pure, potable water.
 
Usually water is considered to be the simplest drink though it has a number of unique qualities inherent only to itself. So, water is able to absorb almost everything that happens to be on its way to your table. At the same time it is the main solvent in the human body. It carries all useful substances and removes wastes from the body.
 
Considering that we live in conditions of continuous ecological deterioration of the environment, the question of water quality becomes particularly pressing in big cities. The interconnection of good, quality water and the state of health and population’s rate of sickness has been proven long ago. That’s why the consumption of safe water is absolutely necessary for children, especially for those whose immunity is weak.
 
We buy water in shops, deliver it from the nearest spring or refine it with water-purifying filters. Every day the parents of about 80 children who are undergoing the treatment in the oncological department of Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital and Dolynskiy City Hospital face the issue of water purification.
 
As a rule, the air in children’s hospitals is too dry thereby causing the additional loss of moisture by the child’s body. It must be compensated for, preferably by water of good quality. The parents are able to do only one thing, namely to boil water in order to protect their children from bacteria contained in the pipeline water.
 
You ANGEL Charity Foundation addresses all interested persons to help to grant pure water to deeply ill children! Help us! We need UAH 34,656 (approx. USD 4,336) for the project’s success. It includes the acquisition of 8 dispensers for moderate cost (because mothers need hot water for preparing porridges for their kids) and some money for delivering bottled water for 1 year.
