Children from the entire region get treatment in the Ivano-Frankivsk regional children clinical hospital (IFRCCH), and almost 250 children every day visit the medical institution for doctors’ consultation.

An active lifestyle helps to maintain the health of a child. Sports and outdoor walks stimulate metabolism and saturate oxygen to brain. Absence of enough space and favorable conditions for children good rest is an essential problem of public institutions to be visited or temporarily resided by children.

Now the Ivano-Frankivsk regional children clinical hospital (IFRCCH) has no properly equipped playgrounds and areas. Hospitalized children or clinic’s visitors have no opportunities for quality and safe rest on the hospital area. That is why the team of the Charity Foundation "You are an Angel" launches this important, in our opinion, project implementation. We believe high-quality and modern playground will be favorite place for children have to spend time at this institution.

It should be mentioned the advantages of the project "Playground – a step to childhood dreams come true" is playground components adaptation either for physically healthy children or for children with disabilities, who often have no possibilities to use playground equipment in the parks, on the local area etc. because of their physical defects.

Now there are no playgrounds adopted for children with disabilities in Ivano-Frankivsk to facilitate children’s social adaptation.
