Ukraine with big, sincere heart

Art-therapy classes are held traditionally in the Departmnet of Oncohematology. Our volunteers invent every time for children something new and interesting. For example, recently art-therapeutists together with students of Ivano-Frankivsk college and children created “Ukraine with big and good heart”.

The map of Ukraine in patriotic colours – the task is not hard, and interesting. Children of Ukraine glued handmade flowers together with white paper. They added big, red heart to the middle, which is a symbol of happy nation, this nation will conquer all troubles.

Our ward liked such work very much. Many children came to art-therapy class and all they made this appliqué work with great pleasure. Do You know what is the most important? – We understand, that patients of Oncohematology are great patriots of our state.

Evelina has almost turned her five yet. The life story of this cute girl started in April 2016. Evelina is an early bird who came in life too early from her mother's tummy. The six-month-old baby of 870 mm weight and 35 cm height frightened the doctors of the maternity hospital. No one knew what would happen to the baby; whether would she cope with this and whether would she be able to live a full life in the future.
