CF “Ty-Anhel” met with regional partners of Campaign “Open doors to children”

The meeting of regional partners was held in Odessa on 17-18th of March. It was dedicated to the planning of the second phase of civil Campaign “Open doors to children” and to the development of partnerships Campaigns in the regions.
The Campaign “Open doors to children” started in Ukraine in the beginning of 2013 year. During this time, we managed to form an active network of partnership organization, which embraces all regions in Ukraine and helps to achieve great progress in popularization of deinstitualization in Ukraine.
CF “Ty-Anhel” managed to launch broadcast of social video in busses in Ivano-Frankivsk, thanks to collaboration with media corporation “Media Svit IF”. Our videoclip was broadcast in 10 busses with frequency 600 times per day and turned attention of citizens to the problems of orphanage and harmfulness of education system in boarding schools.
Coordinated work of partners in regions assisted the support deinstitualization from the side of Presidential Administration and Ministry Cabinet and helped to complete audit of child protection system, data of which will be the base of nation reformation strategy.
Intensive informational campaign and specific events of partners in regions allowed to change the attitude of society toward the problem of orphanage and laid the foundation for support of deinstutialization, formed the readiness of the public and non-governmental sector to join the process of institution reformation in regions.
The partners determined the main directions of further work: work with local government, informing society and development of partnership to support deinstitualization in regions.
