New educational project of the Foundation – “School of a Small Angel” has been launched

Good news! A brand-new project “School of a Small Angel” was launched. The first lesson has been given recently. It was provided for children from Dolyna Orphanage “Teplyi Dim”. Liudmyla Pakhovych was a teacher on the lesson. She is a banking expert, a volunteer of CF “Ty-Anhel” and a trainer in “School of a Small Angel”. The topic of the first lesson – Financial literacy.

 

The lessons of financial literacy – help children to manage money wisely, to know how to earn them and understand the value of earned money. Children from orphanages grow up with an idea in minds, that society needs to help them. They don`t understand the value of earned money and have a wasteful attitude to financial resources. Our training is aimed at rejecting a stereotype of “easily earned money”.

 
 
 

Children watched a good educational cartoon and took a test for better understanding of material in the end of interesting discussion. All participants of the training got Certificates, which assure their participation in the training of Financial literacy.

 
 

 

 «School of a Small Angel» - is a project, which is realized with support of Lviv Educational Foundation, in terms of project “Development of youth volunteer programs for parish”.
