Christmas together. Charitable Foundation "You are an Angel" presented children with incredible Christmas emotions in the Carpat

Charitable Foundation "You are an Angel" traditionally holds Christmas holidays together with its wards.
 
Volunteers of our foundation spent togeather with two dozen of children from the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation from 18 to 20 January. All of them went to the Carpathians in the frame of the annual project “Christmas Together”. The children settled at the “Darvayiv Kut” private estate in the mountain village of Old Mizun of Dolyna district, where they could celebrate the Holy Evening in the best Ukrainian traditions that are typical of this region.
 
After the Supper, boys and girls walked from house to house with shchedrivky (Christmas songs). Local residents were happy to take children. Also, the children got to the master class at the smithy, which was conducted by local blacksmith Mr. Volodymyr Havrysh. 
 
 
The weekend was very intensive for the kids. They visited the Center of Heritage of Vygoda narrow rail, eco-farm of the brothers Yakovenko, visited the pool in the Dolyna Youth Sports School, had a tour of the Carpathian tram, for which we specially special gratitude to the leadership Vygoda plant "Uniplyt".
 
 
The rest in Vyshkiv village gave the children many positive emotions where they rode in sledges, horse-drawn horses, had a delicious lunch at the local kolyba (restaurant). Also, the pupils of the social institution took part in the Epiphany Liturgy, which took place in the village church. They congratulated the local residents on the call of a carol and together with them took part in the consecration of water on the river.
 
 
 
But that's not all. The children visited Hoshiv monastery at the end of the winter rest. The kids liked very much very much and made a mark on the hearts of young pilgrims.
 
"These children mostly need warm communication. They do not live in safe families and practically do not have a full-fledged Christmas. Therefore, we consider it is our duty to create an atmosphere of the holiday for children, true family emotions and ancient traditions", - summarizes the head of the charity fund "You are an Angel" Vitaliy Saban.
 
 
The pupils of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation of children during these few days were very tired, but they were extremely happy. Thanks to everyone who helped to give them incredible emotions that will be remembered for a long time.
