2013 is over. During the year together we were able to do a lot of things: we helped the children with serious health conditions and we realized many projects.
A lot of parents and children turned to us for help. I am sure you remember Arina Zhurakovska that has cerebral palsy, Volodymir Oliynik that had rhabdomyosarcoma, Mykola Fizik who was fighting leukemia, and many others. We are happy to say that some children were able to win the battle with their diseases. They are Volodymir Oliynik, Tetiana Gotlib, Vladyk Bondaruk, Mykola Fizik, and others.
Last year we had more children to help, and many of them had serious diseases. We had 30 children with cancer, cerebral palsy, hepatitis and other conditions. Thanks to donations from our partners, other charitable organizations, and people we spent 650,000UAH ($81,250) to pay for the treatment. Because of our financial help, five kids finished the main treatment. Remember how quickly you responded to our posts to help Alina Pristaiko and Maria Kunichak?
We also realized more than ten projects. We bought a playground for the children at Ivano-Frankivsk shelter as part of “What if Color Grey Is The State of Mind?” project. The cost of the project was 59,980UAH ($7,498). We spent 10,000UAH ($1,250) to buy English language textbooks for various schools as part of the project “I Can Speak English”. We brought Easter baskets to the kids from Rogatyn boarding school and Ivano-Frankivsk shelter (project “Ester Basket”, 13,444UAH ($1,680). We bought an orthopedic bike for Arthur Kisella for 6,930UAH ($866), and we bought school supplies for kids for 15,000UAH ($1,875).
This year we started a soccer team. And we need to mention our art-therapy classes that help the kids to go through the treatment. Remember our events “Become an Angel” and “With Christmas at Heart” when together with kids we made Christmas ornaments? We painted the playroom at the department of hematology and we donated small toys as part of “The Basket of Courage” project.
We would not be able to do all the work without your support. We sincerely thank “Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace”, Ukrainian open association “Live Tomorrow”, episcopal charitable organization “Humanitarian Aid Center” from Czech Republic and many others who respond to the needs of the children. We are grateful to all the people who give us monetary and moral support.
We still have a lot of things to do: we need to help the children with serious health conditions to get the treatment that they need, we need to realize a lot of projects and reach to everybody who needs help. We hope to collaborate with you and accomplish many projects together.

Evelyna Gladiy
Evelina has almost turned her five yet. The life story of this cute girl started in April 2016. Evelina is an early bird who came in life too early from her mother's tummy. The six-month-old baby of 870 mm weight and 35 cm height frightened the doctors of the maternity hospital. No one knew what would happen to the baby; whether would she cope with this and whether would she be able to live a full life in the future.
