Okexiy Dolishniy – The Treatment is Hard on the Boy

At present Olexiy is in better mood, but he is not feeling better. He is suffering from severe pains all over his body. It is hard for him to walk; the boy does not have energy. Yet he is trying to be optimistic and he believes that things are going to change for better.
 
It is the seventh month of the treatment.  All this time Olexiy is following doctors’ recommendations and does everything he cans to fight the disease.
 
Olexiy would love to go to gym, but it is not possible now, and he is exercising at home.
 
Five months of treatment are still ahead, and we hope that the disease will be cured. We are grateful to everybody for support.
 
The whole treatment lasts one year, and the cost of one month is 15,000UAH ($1,875). Olexiy’s mother does not have that much money, and Olexiy’s father abandoned the family when Olexiy was three.
 
Olexiy knows how to be glad in life, and he is companionable to others. In the future he dreams to become a good pediatrician. He suffered a lot and he knows what kind of doctor he wants to become. He knows that for the rest of his life he will have to deal with Bruton’s disease for which there is no cure, but he needs to overcome Hepatitis because it is a threat to his life.
