Marichka Olenich Passed Away

On Tuesday, May 21, our little angel Marichka Olenich was buried. The girl went a long and hard way of treating retinoblastoma, yet the treatment did not give expected results, and Marichka is no longer with us. For seven months, doctors, parents, and relatives were making all they could to save the girl’s life, yet they lost the battle with cancer.

We thank everybody who together with us supported Marichka and her parents. Thank you for all your contributions that helped us to pay for expensive drugs and thank you for caring and thinking about the girl.

Lord Jesus Christ, Our God, Lord of life and death, Comforter of the grieving! With a sad heart we turn to You, and we pray You: remember, Oh Lord, in Your kingdom Your child Maria and give her eternal memory.

Evelina has almost turned her five yet. The life story of this cute girl started in April 2016. Evelina is an early bird who came in life too early from her mother's tummy. The six-month-old baby of 870 mm weight and 35 cm height frightened the doctors of the maternity hospital. No one knew what would happen to the baby; whether would she cope with this and whether would she be able to live a full life in the future.
