An unforgettable day

For a long time, the children from Ivano-Frankivsk shelter were waiting for the field trip, and it finally took place. The driving was long and not so easy because it was hot outside, but the children were happy because they were going to have fun at the water park “Pliazh”, visit the old districts of Lviv, and stop for lunch at McDonalds.

 

 

 

 

 


During the last several years, it is the first field trip to another region, and the children will remember this day for the rest of their lives.

 


After returning to the shelter, boys and girls were sharing their impressions. There were so many things that they could talk about: rides and huge swimming pools in the water park and the beauty of old districts of Lviv. Hamburgers, fries, and fountain drinks at McDonalds had positive impact on kids’ mood as well.


Who knows if these kids will ever have a chance to visit Lviv, to swim in a water park and to have lunch at McDonalds?
 

 

 


We are grateful to Ludmila for organizing the unforgettable field trip to Lviv for the children from the shelter. The lives of these children have many days filled with disappointments and negative emotions. And we believe that because of the field trip the children will trust more the world that is around them. And we feel happy because we were able to give these children a little bit of joy.
