Mykytyuk Sofia finished another chemotherapy block. The course of medication lasted for a month. The girl passed this phase a little easier than the previous one, but such medicaments as “Cytosar” caused analyses data decreasing, so she had to blood transfuse for some times (R-mass and platelet concentrate). Sofia has no appetite at all. It was frequent changes of mood. Almost at the end of the treatment she had phlegm in the lungs, which was taken out by antibiotics. And this meant that the treatment should be postponed for two weeks.

 

On January 16, child finally completed the last day of “Endoksan” taking and she was permitted to visit home for 2 weeks- to rest and gain strength before high doze chemotherapy block. When she was going home, she worried very much about disease, because of unknown clinical course of this illness, besides girl was very happy for another treatment period overcoming, and this means that it was done another step closer to recovery.
