St Nicholas worked very hard all week visiting the children in hospitals, orphanages, and shelters. In these places, children were waiting for him, his gifts, and sincere greetings the most.
Here he is: tall, with lush beard, dressed in gilded clothes. The children were gasping in surprise, the adults were smiling, and everybody was waiting for a miracle.
St Nick and his help the Angel come the hospital wards, greet the children, and give them gifts.
During our visit to Ivano-Frankivsk regional hospital, we steeped by the surgical department first, and then we went to the department of hematology. The children have been preparing for a St. Nick’s visit for a long time: some children were reciting poems, others were singing songs, and St. Nick praised everybody for that.

After greeting the children in the hospitals, we went to visit the children in the Ivano-Frankivsk Shelter. These children were waiting for St. Nick as well, and they were listening to St. Nick’s greetings with great interest.

St. Nick stopped at Dolyna children’s hospital and the orpahange “Teply Dim”.
This year, St. Nick’s holiday is over, but the joy of meeting the saint will remain in children’s hearts for a long time. We are glad that we were able to make St. Nick visit the children that our foundation is taking care of. We are grateful to everybody who helped us. We thank all our friends who share our views and support us in helping the children in need. We thank Marina Taran and the company “Golden Staff”, Yaroslava Dubenets, Mikola, Maria, employees of VAB Bank, and the students from Goshivsk School – Dmitry and Irina, who were dressed as St. Nick and the Angel.
With your help, we were able to visit more than 400 children. Thanks for being with us!

Evelina has almost turned her five yet. The life story of this cute girl started in April 2016. Evelina is an early bird who came in life too early from her mother's tummy. The six-month-old baby of 870 mm weight and 35 cm height frightened the doctors of the maternity hospital. No one knew what would happen to the baby; whether would she cope with this and whether would she be able to live a full life in the future.
