Fairytale Therapy

It was an interesting weekend at the department of hematology. The art-therapy class this time was different from all others. It was so called fairytale therapy that is a unique method that positively influences the psychological well-being of a child, and lets the child to fight his fears and complexes.
 
The class was conducted by a famous writer and professor from Stephanik University Olga Derkachova. Ms Olga shared with the kids her fairy tale “Little Angel”.
 
 
 
After that the children had an opportunity to make a picture of the little angel and to tell their own interesting story about him. The class was both educational and fun. All the parents and doctors loved it as well.
 
We are happy that we could add color and joy to the lives of children that are going through such hardships.
