Marіchka, when she has been healthy, full of energy, gave only happiness to her parents. But on 2010 it was a great grief for their family. Girl was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. She treated in Ivano-Frankivsk Children's Hospital. The child passed hellish torment called chemotherapy. Fortunately, her suffering was vain - Marichka recovered and went to school.
 
But 2 years later illness had back- relapse. Today Maria is again in the hematology department of the regional hospital. She has heavy chemotherapy to kill the blast cells. But later she will need surgery abroad - a bone marrow transplant, which costs 175 thousand dollars. This amount is almost unreal for girl’s family. Parents do their best to collect money. They knock on every door; ask for the slightest support, because life of their child depends on it.
