In spite of the difficulties in the treatment of Hepatitis C, our brave princess Vira and Marichka are fighting it. Please read below how they are doing it.
Vira Petrishak learned that she caught Hepatitis first. It was unpleasant to hear about it because half of her main treatment was behind, and now she would have one more month of taking additional medications, feeling bad, and having liver problems. Administering Pegintron had a lot of complications. Thank God, Vira’s test results are better, and it is all because she had faith in her recovery.

The girl started her fourth chemotherapy block. Now she needs a rare medication, Procarbazine, and it is hard to find it. It is not available in Ukraine, we need to bring it from abroad, and it is expensive. We know that Vira will be able to overcome this difficulty because her friends, you and I, are with her.
Marichka Kunichak is fighting Hepatitis as well. From the very beginning it had negative impact on Marichka’s body, and administering Pegintron made the situation even worse. At the same time, Marichka is undergoing chemotherapy. It is her fourth time, and it is hard. The girl feels nausea and cannot eat. She is suffering from headaches and pain in her legs; she is also fainting a lot. Yet, it is better to continue the treatment without interruption, or her condition might get even worse.

Marichka is in bed all the time, and yet she is not giving up. Her relatives support her, and it is important for overcoming the disease. The desire to recover is stronger than pain, and we believe that after several important steps Marichka will tell us that she made it.
