Vitaliy Saban, founder and director of the “You are an Angel” Charitable Foundation was awarded by Ivan Dyriv, the Head of Dolyna Territory Community, for conscientious work, significant personal contribution to the socio-economic and cultural development of Dolyna TC active professional and public activity, and on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Ukraine's Independence and Dolyna City Day.
