Photo-exhibition in Invano-Frankivskn “Charity through the camera lens”

CF “Ty-Anhel” seized again an opportunity to expose traveling exhibition “Charity through the camera lens” in Ivano-Frankivsk.

 

Photo-exhibition “Charity through the camera lens” – the best 40 photos selected from 680 photos, which were received from different parts of Ukraine for VI all-ukrainian photographic competition “Charity through the camera lens”. The photographic competition was held in September-November in 2015 by initiative of Ukrainian Philanthropists Forum under the patronage of the National Union of photo artists.

 

The partner of photo-exhibition was mobile telephone network operator lifecell. 

 

It is necessary to admit, that there were many black and white photos. The photos are connected with the topics of helping people internally displaced, affected from war conflict in Eastern Ukraine. The most photos were sent to the nomination “Charity gives hope”, help for orphans, families in crisis, middle-aged people, victims of natural disasters were depicted on the pictures. The popular nomination “Charity gives smiles”. This photos, which depicts positive emotions, joyful events, are connected with charity deeds.

 

The opening of photo-exhibition was in National Museum named after Taras Shevchenko in January, 2016. The exhibition is exposed in Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in March, 2016. Then, traditionally, the exhibition embarked on a journey through Ukraine in April. It was exposed in different places: the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and Verkhovna Rada, museums, galleries, business-centres. The exhibition has been held in 21 regions since 2011 – from Lutsk to Simferopol, from Uzhhorod to Kharkiv – and it grouped citizens around the topic of charity. The exhibition will be held at least in 10 cities of Ukraine.

 

The photographic competition starts in autumn the seventh time.

 

CF “Ty-Anhel” invites citizens of Ivano-Frankivsk and guests on the grand opening of the exhibition “Charity through the camera lens”, which will be on Wednesday, 29 of June, at 2 p.m. in Ivano-Frankivsk library.

 

You can visit the exhibition till 11 of July.

 

Let`s remind, the charitable photographic exhibition will be exposed in Ivano-Frankivsk for the third time. The exhibition was opened the first time In Ivano-Frankivsk in June, 2013, in Fortress Gallery “Bastion”. CF “Ty-Anhel” seized the second time an opportunity to expose the exhibition in Ivano-Frankivsk. For the third time, the exhibition “Charity through the camera lens” was placed in Ivano-Frasnkivsk Museumof Regional Studies.
