To winter Carpathians – for bright emotions!

 

18 children from the Dolyna Regional Centre for Social Support of Children and Families “Warm House” spent the weekend in the mountains. Every year during the winter holidays and Christmas holidays, our volunteers organize for orphans several days of rest and Christmas celebrations in the Carpathians.

Due to quarantine restrictions, we were unable to celebrate Christmas together. Therefore, we decided to organize a trip later. This was even better for children – there were a lot of snow and great weather! Children sledded, fried kebabs, rested in the sauna and tried many other entertainments! The kids really enjoyed the master class in a real smithy – they realized that forged products are very difficult to make, but their manufacturing is so exciting!

The CF “You are an Angel” tries to expand versatilely the horizons of children cared by the Foundation. Such excursions effect positively on emotions – children become more obedient, attentive, they have new hobbies and desires to learn and develop. We try to involve every social institution for children in difficult life circumstances in Ivano-Frankivsk region.
