Charitable foundation "You are an Angel" continues to update the outdated equipment of the laboratory of the Dolyna Children's Hospital. This time volunteers of the foundation purchased and transferred a ULAB-2 spectrophotometer to the medical facility. It costs UAH 39 000. The spectrophotometer – is an optical device that give the most accurate and fastest rates that cannot be obtained by any other method. This apparatus in the laboratory of the Dolyna City Children's Hospital will greatly facilitate the work of doctors, and, therefore, will help small patients undergoing treatment at this institution.

 

"The ULAB-2 spectrophotometer provides an opportunity to conduct additional biochemical tests, including the determination of the level of carboxyhemoglobin, which is critical to the diagnosis of carbon monoxide poisoning, and will also be able to distribute the load and reduce the timing of the research.
