The “You are an Angel” Charitable Foundation has applied for information to the Department for Children’s

The “You are an Angel” Charitable Foundation is deeply concerned on the situation around the Dolyna Regional Center for Social Support of Children and Families “Warm House”.
 
We consider that the decision of the 4th session of the eighth democratic convocation of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Council of February 19, 2021 “On termination of the Dolyna Regional Center for Social Support of Children and Families “Warm House” of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Council" violates the rights and interests of orphans and children deprived of parental care.
 
The team of the “You are an Angel” Charitable Foundation will control this issue and calls all indifferent people to show their civil position to the future fate of orphans and stand up for the interests and rights of children raised and living in the "Warm House".
 
It should be noted that the “You are an Angel” Charitable Foundation fully supports the National Strategy for the Reform of the Institutional Care and Upbringing of Children. Nevertheless, the foundation fully objects the position of the Department for Children’s Services of Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration to transfer the children from “Warm House”, which is one of the best social institutions in Ukraine, to conditions close to the institutional care of the Soviet system.
