Artem Rerych begins the second chemotherapy

Artem was infused with 8 injections of “Tsytozar”. One more paracentesis was done. The results showed, that there are changes in treatment, the state of his health is on the mend. After finishing first chemotherapy protocol, the boy was sent home for two weeks.
 
At the end of November he came to hospital again in order to begin the second chemotherapy. New analyses showed, that the boy has problems, analysis of blood is poor. He was infused with plasma and the whole night with other medicine for washing the cells before the chemotherapy. Unfortunately, medicaments could not get into organism, because subclavian artery was clogged up. The child was in resuscitation department to change catheter to another side.
 
On the 30 of November Artem began the second block of chemotherapy. About course of treatment we will talk later.
 
 
 
Let us remind that Artem is in the Oncohematology Department from August. Thank God, the treatment is passing normally; there were no side effects and adverse reaction to the medicaments. But when his level of platelets falls, parents have to find donor. And Artem has rare blood group +AB. So, they have to buy blood. Artem takes a dropper everyday.
